Milia

Some babies will develop tiny white bumps that may resemble small pimples on their nose, chin, or cheeks. There is typically no redness associated with these small bumps. It is caused by a collection of skin cell debris and keratin that gets trapped in a pocket underneath the skin surface. These are not a cause for concern and will disappear on their own over the course of several weeks.
